# Create an Indeed App and Connect OOMOL

Open [OOMOL App Connections](https://console.oomol.com/connections), find the app, and choose **Add account**. Follow these steps when asked to provide your own app credentials. You will need an account that can create or manage the app on the provider’s website; ask your administrator for help if you cannot access those settings.

## 1. Create or open the app

1. Sign in to [Indeed](https://console.indeed.com/).
2. Sign in to Indeed Partner Console with an approved partner account and open your app. If you do not have access, contact your Indeed representative to request an app and the services you need.

## 2. Set the callback URL

In the account form, copy the full **Redirect URI**. If an authentication method is shown, choose OAuth2. Paste it into **Redirect URL Allowlist** in the provider’s app settings and save. Keep the address unchanged, including its path and trailing slash.

## 3. Save the credentials

Open **Credentials** and use the OAuth credentials for **Authorization code grant type (3-legged OAuth)**. Complete the credential review and request access to the employer and job services you plan to use.

In OOMOL’s OAuth client configuration, paste **Client ID** into **Client ID** and **Secret** into **Client Secret**, then save.

## 4. Connect your account

1. In OOMOL, open the connection settings and continue with OAuth2.
2. Sign in with your Indeed employer account, choose the employer to connect, and approve access.
3. Return to OOMOL and confirm that the account is connected. Read your Indeed account information and check that it is the account you intended to connect.

## If you cannot connect

If a service is unavailable, check its status under **APIs and Services** and contact your Indeed representative.
