Frequently Asked Questions

Can an update create a new contact?

Yes. Updating by email or user ID creates the contact if it does not already exist.

What happens when I send an event?

Loops receives the named event for the contact and can run matching configured workflows. Acceptance does not confirm email delivery.

Can I update custom properties?

Yes. Supply values using the Loops property names; list existing properties to find those names.
