What to include

You do not need to write a formal report. A few details about what happened are usually enough for us to start helping.

  • Your OOMOL account email or the workspace where the problem happened.
  • What you were trying to do, including the App, Tool, Skill, or agent you used.
  • What you expected, what actually happened, and the steps that led there.
  • Screenshots, error messages, browser or OS details, and the oo-cli version if the issue is CLI-related.
