Use a bare domain without a URL scheme. Blacklist and ping checks also accept an IP address.

Do these checks guarantee email delivery?

No. They describe diagnostic results at the time of the lookup. Delivery also depends on factors beyond these checks.

Can AI create monitoring rules?

The monitor operation reads the status of existing account monitors; it does not create monitoring rules.
