Can I give any URL to any Actor?

No. Each Actor has its own input requirements. Choose the Actor and provide the input structure it expects.

Does starting an Actor return its collected rows?

Starting returns run information. Query the run status and use its dataset ID to retrieve rows once results are ready.

Can I analyze every item in a dataset?

Dataset retrieval supports offset and limit. Ask to read all required pages and report the number of items actually analyzed.
