Can I review replies before sending?

Yes. Ask the assistant to read messages and return proposed wording in the conversation. Sending requires an explicit instruction with the recipient.

Does a successful send mean the text arrived?

The action returns a queued message. Check later message status rather than interpreting queue acceptance as confirmed delivery.

How are contacts matched when updating?

Upsert matches by phone number. Provide the exact number and fields to change, preserving opt-out and other unrelated settings.
