What should an order handoff request include?

Provide order ID or search criteria and the fields needed for the handoff. Request related records when they are necessary and keep absent details explicit.

Does a product record guarantee rental availability?

No. Read the fields actually returned and confirm availability through your normal booking process before making a commitment.

Can it create a rental order?

The current actions read company, customer, order, and product-group records. Order creation and modification are not included.
