What data should I provide for a task?

Supply a JSON object using the data keys expected by the project’s label configuration. Inspect the project first if those keys are unclear.

Can I focus on tasks that already have annotations?

Yes. The task list accepts an annotated-only filter and a project ID to narrow the review.

Can I connect any Label Studio token type?

This connection expects a legacy access token and the instance root URL. Other token formats are not interchangeable here.
