Frequently Asked Questions

Can I find a subscriber using an email?

Yes. A subscriber can be retrieved by ID or email. Use the resulting ID for membership changes.

Does removing someone from a group unsubscribe them?

Group removal only changes that membership. Subscription status is changed through subscriber operations.

Can I request resubscription?

The upsert operation has a resubscribe option. State that intention explicitly and review the current subscription state before requesting it.
