Use an IANA timezone such as Asia/Shanghai for the slot request and attendee. Include an offset in the chosen start time to make the booking unambiguous.
Use its booking UID and explicitly request cancellation or provide the new start time for rescheduling.
Booking creation accepts responses for custom booking fields, in addition to the required attendee details.
