Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the event?

Provide its event ID. If you do not have it, list the events visible to the connected organizer account and select the relevant one.

What identifies an individual order?

Use its checkout ID or order reference number. An attendee lookup separately requires the attendee ID.

What should the registration summary preserve?

Keep event, attendee and order identifiers beside the relevant details so each finding can be checked against its source record.
