Frequently Asked Questions

What output will I receive?

A downloadable translated PNG, the translation record ID, and the remaining advanced-credit balance.

Must I know the source language?

No. Source language detection is available. You still need to specify the target language.

What if the translation times out?

Retry the same translation with the same request identifier to avoid duplicate credit charges. A result that exceeds the output limit may still have consumed credits.
