Supply an Account ID for the task or use the default stored on the connection.

Can I retrieve the original HTML?

Yes. Provide the inbox and message IDs to retrieve its HTML source separately.

Does cleaning an inbox preserve messages?

No. Cleaning an inbox deletes all messages in that inbox. Marking it as read is a separate operation.
