The assistant can read available message batches for the selected chat and follow the message-number cursor. The summary should identify the messages covered rather than assume all historical messages are accessible.
Provide an accessible file URL, filename and exact recipient, with an optional caption. The service fetches the file from that URL; a local file path alone is insufficient.
Inspect the outbound queue for its total count and first 100 entries. Match any available message identifier, but do not interpret absence from that limited list as proof of delivery.
