Rows matching the dataset’s unique fields update existing rows. Without matching unique values, rows are appended.

What happens when I replace dataset data?

All existing rows are replaced by the supplied records. Provide the complete intended record set.

Can I compare the update with existing rows here?

This connection does not expose a row-reading action. Supply the records and schema you want to write and inspect the dataset in Geckoboard.
