Yes. Retrieve the survey definition to identify its questions, then read the response collection for that same site and survey.
Provide both the Hotjar site ID and survey ID. If you do not know the survey ID, list surveys for the site first.
A lookup report request must explicitly disable deletion. Enabling the deletion option immediately and silently deletes all matching user data; acceptance does not provide the report content.
