Can I find sessions for a participant?

Yes. Session lists accept user identifiers, external user IDs, and partial user names alongside date filters.

Does the playback operation transcribe the session?

It retrieves a recording playback URL. It does not download, transcribe, or summarize the recording’s contents.

Will reusing a launch ID always create another room?

The launch operation creates or retrieves the space associated with that identifier.
