Frequently Asked Questions

How do I avoid searching another user’s memories?

Provide the intended user ID and, when relevant, organization or project. The assistant uses those details to restrict its search.

Can I save exact text without inference?

Yes. Direct memory text defaults to no inference. Supply the text and the entity it belongs to.

Does an accepted write mean processing is complete?

Asynchronous writes may still be processing. Event details can be checked for status and results.
