oo Skill Callingly

Prepare a call follow-up brief

Summarize recorded outcomes and details within a team and date range.

/oo Callingly: Read all Callingly call pages for team [ID] between [start date] and [end date]. Group recorded statuses and outcomes, and inspect call IDs [IDs] for notes and transcripts if present. Prepare a follow-up brief with evidence from the records and flag missing transcripts.

Inspect a lead’s contact history

Find a lead by phone and summarize its recorded stage and calls.

/oo Callingly: Find Callingly leads with phone [number] in account [ID, if applicable]. Keep separate matches distinct and read lead [ID]. Summarize recorded status, stage, result, owner and call history where present; suggest questions for the sales owner without changing the lead.

Request a call for an explicit contact

Check the chosen team and submit a call request with supplied contact details.

/oo Callingly: Use Callingly team [ID] for a call to [first name] [last name] at [phone]. Inspect the team and relevant agent schedules first. Create the requested call with timing [immediate or timestamp] and source [source]. Report the call ID and status without claiming contact was completed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I summarize a call transcript?

Yes, when the call record includes a transcript. Missing transcripts are not recreated from a recording URL by this connection.

What should I supply for a call request?

Provide the team ID, contact’s first and last name, phone number and any intended timing. Team and schedule records help inspect routing, but do not guarantee an agent will answer.

Can I update a lead’s status?

Yes, provide the lead ID and exact fields and values to change. Summaries or suggested follow-ups alone should not be treated as instructions to update the lead.
