Prepare a case progress table

Summarize existing case statuses within a selected scope.

/oo Certn: List Certn cases for groups [IDs], statuses [statuses] and tags [tags], paging through the selected scope. Read case IDs [IDs] for details. Make a factual progress table using identifiers, recorded statuses and dates when present; list missing information for the case owner, without judging applicants.

Compare available check packages

Document package and questionnaire definitions for an account review.

/oo Certn: Read active Certn packages for permissible purpose [purpose] and the questionnaire template pages. Compare the definitions actually present, keeping package and questionnaire IDs separate. List checks and inputs evident in the records and questions for the administrator. Do not select a package for a specific person or initiate screening.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I focus a case review?

Provide group IDs, overall statuses, tags, check types or an email address. Read all pages in that selected scope before reporting totals.

Can I summarize events since a previous review?

Yes, provide the last processed event ID and read the event pages that follow. Summarize recorded events rather than assuming every event changes a case outcome.

Can it initiate checks or decide applicant suitability?

The connection reads existing cases and definitions. It does not initiate checks or make eligibility, employment or screening decisions.
