Frequently Asked Questions

Is the API key alone enough?

No. Connect the API key name together with the key. Both are part of the credentials.

How many ASINs can I compare for keywords?

An ASIN keyword query accepts up to ten ASINs; the first is treated as the primary product.

Are sales estimates actual seller orders?

They are Jungle Scout estimates rather than your seller order records. Daily sales queries also require an end date before today.
