A broadcast targets all friends of the LINE Official Account. Use push or multicast when you intend a specific recipient or list.
How can I avoid repeating a retried send?
Supply a retry UUID and reuse it for the same retried request so LINE can deduplicate it.
Can I read chat history with this connection?
The operations read profiles and send text. They do not retrieve conversation history or read receipts.
