Yes. Draft creation and sending are separate operations. Ask to save a draft, then review it in Outlook before requesting that it be sent.
The reply operation sends a reply to an existing message. If you only want wording to review, ask for a proposed reply in the conversation instead of asking it to send.
Yes. Provide the start and end times, time zone, reply text, and whether external senders should receive it. Mailbox settings permission is required.
