Frequently Asked Questions

Can I connect with a personal access token?

Yes. Airtable authorization and personal access tokens are both supported. The token must grant the required permissions and access to the base you want to use.

How does AI know which fields to use?

It can inspect the table schema before creating records. Give the base and table plus the information to enter, and clarify how it should map to existing fields.

Will updating a record replace every field?

Record updates change the fields supplied for the identified records. Specify the record IDs and only the fields you intend to change.

Can AI access every base in my account?

Access follows the authorization or token you connect. A base must be included in that access, and the account must have the permissions required for the operation.
