Frequently Asked Questions

Can I add an internal note?

Yes. Specify a private note, the ticket, author email, and text. A public reply is a separate comment type.

Can I use a ticket number rather than a UUID?

Yes. Ticket reads and related operations accept either the sequential ticket number or UUID.

What is needed to assign a ticket?

Use an existing group name and an existing team member’s email. Team member search can help confirm the email.
