This integration is configured for Teams work or school accounts. Use an organizational account that has access to the relevant teams and chats.
Yes. Channel posts can be retrieved with replies. Ask to include them so the summary reflects the discussion, and retrieve further pages when needed.
The integration sends messages to existing chats. Provide an existing chat ID or ask the assistant to list your chats to find the destination. Creating a new chat is not included.
Identify the team, channel, and original message, then ask to send a reply to that thread. A new channel post and a thread reply are separate operations.
