Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a summary without changing the ticket?

Yes. Ask for a summary of the ticket and comments. Reading a ticket does not post a reply or change its fields.

What is the difference between an internal note and a public reply?

An internal note is for the support team; a public reply is customer facing. Specify which one you want whenever you ask the assistant to add a message.

Can AI prepare wording for review before posting?

Yes. Ask it to read the ticket and return proposed wording in the conversation. Posting that wording to Zendesk requires a separate instruction to add a reply or note.

Can I use a Zendesk API token?

Yes. Supply the token, the associated user email, and your Zendesk subdomain. Account authorization is also supported.
