2. Check whether `oo` is already available. If it is missing, show me the exact install command from the guide, explain what it downloads, and wait for my approval before running it.
3. Run `oo --version` to verify the installation.
4. Run `oo login` and let me finish sign-in in the browser.

Codex should stop when browser sign-in requires your action. Complete sign-in, then ask it to continue and verify the available OOMOL tools.
